Originally, it had the propeller inside the fuselage tube, but he had to move the motor forward to get the CofG right. It reminds Sam of those big Groupers found on the Great Barrier Reef that eat smaller planes, I mean fish.

18 viewsUpon recovering the Extra, the smoke system was still in full swing, but the damage from the impact was minimal, only suffering a broken prop, shattered spinner and slightly bent landing gear. It was as good as new after a few repairs.
